Our mission at Family First Chiropractic includes educating the local community here in West Omaha on chiropractic care. That is why we offer postural screenings and health seminars for businesses in our community.
Here’s the story of someone we met at one of those events:
“I met Dr. Joel in the lobby of Carson, where I work, because I knew I needed a chiropractor but hadn’t made finding one in West Omaha a priority. Dr. Joel noticed my posture was off and I told him I had trouble breathing because I have asthma. And that I get frequent headaches/migraines as well as back pain. Before my first appointment with Dr. Joel, I found out I was pregnant! I know chiropractic care is even more important now than ever!
I noticed changes in my breathing about a month after following Dr. Joel’s recommendations on how often I come in for adjustments. I then unfortunately broke my ankle, but with adjustments I am already almost back to normal after having surgery to fix the broken ankle. I look forward to continuing adjustments throughout my pregnancy and for when I deliver the baby. The adjustments should help my back and hips and prepare me for a smoother delivery.
