The Best Back-to-School Backpack Posture | Pediatric Chiropractor in West Omaha, NE
Hey there. I’m Dr. Jeremiah Sample of Family First Chiropractic. I’m here today to talk to you about how to pack your child’s bookbag properly for their back to school trip this fall. So here are some tips to help your kid have the best backpack posture.
How to Pack Your Child’s Bag
First thing we want to look at, is making sure that the heavy materials in the backpack are placed towards the back and put in there securely. This way the large books and such don’t rattle around and cause your child not only discomfort, but also shifting in their balance. Any electronics they might have like a Google Chromebook or a phone, they should have put inside the designated pouches and protect them even better. Another helpful hint, get an air tag. That way always have GPS location, not only your child but also the contents within the backpack, which tend to go missing quite a bit. When your child puts the backpack on, ensure that straps are tightened all the way so they can ride as high as possible. All right, and with a few of those tips you’re ready to go!
