Sharing The Power of Chiropractic With Loved Ones
Here is Jaidyn’s chiropractic success story:
For about 5 years I had struggled with chronic IBS-C. With this came intense cramping, bloating, and constipation. It had gotten to a point where I was so fatigued and uncomfortable I struggled to do the most basic tasks for myself. School, work, and my social life felt impossible to manage. I had become so irritable and exhausted that I started to isolate myself. There would be days I would just lie in bed and cry because the pain was so much!
A year ago, my grandma introduced me to Family First Chiropractic because I felt I had exhausted every effort (prescriptions, OTC meds, PT, diet changes) with no consistent results. I was skeptical at first because nothing was really helping and growing up, I had a skewed perspective on chiropractic care. But my grandma swore by it and told me to approach it with an open mind, so I did.

During my first few visits I learned how amazing the team was and how they truly just want to assist you in feeling better. From the x-rays, I realize how bad my subluxations were for a 22-year-old, especially in my lumbar region. So, I started getting adjusted and doing the exercises and making conscious lifestyle changes. It’s been a year now and I have noticed some massive improvements in my overall health! And it’s something we keep working at. I’ve learned that chiropractic care isn’t some magic pill that they try to convince you will solve everything- but it’s pretty darn close! They’ve curated a plan specifically for me and while the diet changes and chiropractic care haven’t fixed everything yet, it’s alleviated my symptoms to the point where I’m finally starting to feel like me again! I don’t bloat like I used to, and I sleep better at night. Most importantly, I don’t have to take $900 pills to have a bowel movement every other day.
I’ve noticed an overall improvement in my posture and overall health (mental, physical, and emotional) and I owe it to a team of people who truly care about you as an individual.
