Our In Depth Approach
So as a new practice member, you’ll come in and we want to know about you. First of all, what type of activities and repetitive postures are you putting yourself through on a day to day basis? Maybe at home, work, your recreation, your sports. That will tell us if there’s weakened muscles, or if there are recurring bad habits. If needed, we have a digital X ray on site to be able to look inside and see the physical structure of your body leaning away from nerve irritation and literally deforming your spine. It can help us determine which direction to move your spine to make you stand taller, move better and live better. Chiropractic adjustments also help if the spine is out of a healthy position. Our job is to find out which way it needs to move by hand delivering a chiropractic adjustment to relieve pressure on the nerves. So this can get your body to feel better once again, function better and you can have better posture. Now in our office we have in depth consultations with our doctors and our team. We also have informative workshops that we teach on a regular basis to teach you how to move better and how to work at your workstation better.
