Now, according to the CDC, nearly one in six adults here in the United States does suffer from some form of depression. It can happen at any age or in any stage of your life. First thing we look at is what are you putting inside of your body? Okay, what kind of nutrition are you taking in? How are you fueling your body? Is it something natural? Do you know where it was sourced? Or do you look at that ingredient list and see a bunch of words that you don’t recognize? That’s probably a bad sign. Number two, how are you moving? Here in West Omaha, we see plenty of billboards everywhere that remind us that we have to move for at least 60 minutes a day, which in itself is pretty sad we need that much if a reminder. Number three is chiropractic care and with each chiropractic adjustment three crucial hormones are affected. Number one being neurotensin, which is something that helps eliminate stress and pain itself. Number two is oxytocin, which increases your social bonding.
