Dr. Joel Marley, DC  "Doctor of the Cause"

Dr. Joel Marley was raised in Blencoe, Iowa and received his bachelor degree in Liberal Arts & Sciences and Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic.

Dr. Joel travels 5,000 miles each year to post-graduate seminars and international speaking engagements to bring his patients the latest research.  He speaks locally on a regular basis to area businesses, schools, and civic groups.

Dr. Joel is committed to providing caring and superior care to his patients, both young and old. His corrective and wellness oriented chiropractic office is dedicated to pediatric development and adult health with measurable spinal correction.

He has known his calling was Chiropractic since the age of 10 when his father’s neck was broken in an auto accident, and it was a chiropractor who brought his life back.  When you get a chance to meet him, ask him about his amazing story!

Melissa George  "Director of Inspiration" & Administration

Melissa is the "go to" person for all aspects at Family First Chiropractic (except for the adjustments!!).  During office hours she works as the Chiropractic Tech and assists Dr. Joel by performing the new patient examinations as well as tracking all of the patients' progress as they become healthier.  Her main focus is making sure all the patients are receiving top notch chiropractic care and that they are not only satisfied with our services, but want to tell others about us too!

Melissa was born and raised in Dubuque, IA.  She has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Therapeutic Recreation from the University of Northern Iowa and a Chiropractic Office Assistant Degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic.  She had the great opportunity to work within some world renowned Chiropractic offices in New England where her philosophy and skill to teach others about Chiropractic has been greatly established.

She has attended several seminars within the United States and Canada to improve these skills and create life changing experiences for all Chiropractic patients she works with.  Her life has been changed by Chiropractic care as well, and if you ever get the opportunity to meet her, she would love to share her story!
